Everybody has a TO-DO list in his pocket. It is quite useful since it allows you to remember your tasks and eventually to prioritize them. The problem with TO-DO lists is that they are endless. You have to learn how to say “NO” and postpone certain tasks forever. Take your TO-DO list, choose 10% of tasks and cancel them at once (obviously, the ones that are not priority actions broadly speaking).

I will now imitate journalists who cannot stop referring to Steve Jobs in any given circumstances: what did he do in the late 90’s when he returned as the CEO of Apple? He cut down the Apple devices from 150 to a set of extremely important products. If you had known what Apple looked like in the 90’s, you would have been familiar with its office printers or digital cameras, all wearing the Apple logo.
